team
One Team. One Mission.
We are students from engineering and business, with backgrounds in mechanical, software, and electrical engineering, finance and marketing, and project management. None of us could build a rescue rover alone, so we learn from each other, combine what we know, and work together to turn our ideas into technology that could one day help people.
Choose a team to meet its members.
Project management
Our Project Management team oversees both the organization and the development of the project. They coordinate the different teams, manage timelines and milestones, allocate resources, and ensure everyone is working toward the same goals. By maintaining clear communication and keeping the project on track, they help transform ideas into successful outcomes.

Finance & marketing
The Finance & Marketing team is responsible for managing Argentum's financial and brand development. They oversee the project budget, monitor expenses, manage sponsor funding, and ensure resources are used efficiently while keeping the project within budget.
On the marketing side, they are responsible for developing and maintaining Argentum's brand identity, including merchandise, visual design, social media, presentations, and promotional materials.

Mechanical engineers
Our mechanical engineers design, build, and test the rover's mechanical systems, including the chassis, drivetrain, suspension, and robotic arm, ensuring the platform is robust, reliable, and ready for real-world search and rescue missions. They also simulate and stress-test components to validate designs, optimize performance, and ensure the rover can withstand demanding operating conditions before physical deployment.

Software engineers
Our software engineers develop the software that powers the rover, from autonomous navigation and sensor processing to decision-making and system control. They ensure the rover can perceive, think, and act in complex environments. They also develop and maintain a digital twin of the rover, enabling simulation, testing, and validation of software and autonomous behaviors in a virtual environment before deployment on the physical platform. They also develop and maintain the Argentum website.

Electronics engineers
Our electronics engineers develop and integrate the rover's electrical systems, ensuring seamless communication between hardware and software. They design power distribution, connect sensors, actuators, and embedded electronics, and ensure every electronic component works reliably together. They are also responsible for wiring and cable management, electrical integration, and performing testing and system validation to ensure the rover operates safely, efficiently, and reliably in demanding search and rescue environments.

The board
The Board provides the strategic leadership of USN Argentum. As the organization's founders, they define the long-term vision, build partnerships, represent Argentum externally, and support the organization's continued growth. They ensure every decision aligns with our mission of developing autonomous search and rescue robotics.
